Refractory bricks for circulating fluidized bed boilers
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of wear-resistant refractory bricks for circulating fluidized bed boilers.
This standard applies to wear-resistant refractory bricks used in easily eroded and worn parts inside circulating fluidized bed boilers. , It is also applicable to wear-resistant refractory bricks used in severely eroded and worn parts of the lining of other industrial kilns.

3 Classification, shape and size
3.1 Bricks are classified into three grades: NMZ-1, NMZ-2, and NMZ-3, according to their physicochemical properties. NM and Z represent the first letters of the pinyin of "耐" (耐磨), "磨" (耐磨), and "砖" (耐火砖), respectively.
3.2 The shape and size of the bricks shall conform to the provisions of GB/T2992, and other brick types shall be negotiated by both the supplier and the demander.
4 Technical requirements
4.1 The physicochemical properties of the bricks shall conform to the provisions of Table 1.
4.2 The dimensional tolerances and appearance of the bricks shall conform to the provisions of Table 2. The bricks shall not have cross-sectional cracks. Special technical requirements shall be determined by negotiation between the supplier and the demander.

5 Test methods
5.1 Sample preparation for brick inspection shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Determination of alumina content shall be carried out according to GB/T 6900.4.
5.3 Bulk density test shall be carried out according to GB/T 2997.
5.4 Room temperature compressive strength test shall be carried out according to GB/T 5072.
5.5 Determination of room temperature wear shall be carried out according to GB/T 18301.
5.6 The test for thermal shock resistance shall be carried out according to GB/T 376.1, but the test temperature is 1000℃.
5.7 Inspection of appearance, dimensions and section of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10326.
6 Inspection Rules
Sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out according to GB/T 10325.
7 Packaging, Marking, Transportation, Storage and Quality Certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage of bricks shall comply with GB/T 16546.
7.2 A quality certificate must be attached during delivery, stating the name or factory mark of the supplier, the name of the demander, the production date, the contract number, the standard number, the product grade, the brick number, the batch number and the dimensions, appearance and test results of physical and chemical indexes.
Refractory bricks for circulating fluidized bed boilers
1 Range
This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of wear-resistant firebricks used in circulating fluidized bed boilers.
This standard is applicable to the wear-resistant refractory bricks in the circulating fluidized bed boiler which are easy to be washed and worn, and also to the wear-resistant refractory bricks in other industrial kiln lining which are severely washed and worn.

3 Classification, shape and size
3.1 Bricks are divided into NMZ-1, NMZ-2, NMZ-3 grades according to physical and chemical indexes. NM and Z respectively represent the first letter of the Chinese pinyin characters of Nai, grinding and brick.
3.2 The shape and size of the brick shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 2992, and other brick types shall be negotiated by the supply and demand parties.
4 Technical Requirements
4.1 The physical and chemical indexes of bricks shall comply with the provisions of Table 1.
4.2 The size permissible deviation and appearance of the brick shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. Bricks are not allowed to have sectional lamination, and the special technical requirements are determined by the supply and demand parties through negotiation.

5 Test methods
5.1 The brick inspection sample preparation shall be carried out according to GB/T 7321.
5.2 Aluminum oxide is determined in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 6900.4.
5.3 Inspection of bulk density shall be carried out according to GB/T 2997.
5.4 The compressive strength test at room temperature shall be conducted according to GB/T 5072.
5.5 Room temperature wear shall be measured according to GB/T 18301.
5.6 The thermal shock resistance test shall be conducted according to GB/T376.1, but the test temperature shall be 1000°C.
5.7 Inspection of the appearance, size, and section of the bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 10326.
6 Inspection Rules
Sampling and acceptance of bricks shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 10325.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 The packaging, marking, transportation, and storage of bricks shall comply with GB/T 16546.
7.2 Delivery must be accompanied by a quality certificate indicating the supplier's name or factory standard, the demander's name, production date, contract number, standard number, product grade, brick number, batch number, and inspection results for size, appearance, and physical and chemical indices.
