Aluminosilicate insulating refractory slurry
1 Scope
This standard specifies the classification and grades, technical requirements, test methods, quality evaluation procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificates of aluminosilicate insulating refractory slurry.
This standard is applicable to materials used for laying and filling gaps in aluminosilicate insulating refractory bricks.

3 Classification and grades
Aluminosilicate insulating refractory slurry is divided into two categories and a total of five grades according to the working temperature: high-alumina insulating refractory slurry LGN-160, LGN-150, LGN-140; clay insulating refractory slurry NGN-120, NGN-100. Among them, L, N, and GN are the initials of (high) aluminum, (clay), and (insulating) slurry in Pinyin, and the number after them multiplied by 10 represents the working temperature of the slurry.
4 Technical requirements
The physicochemical indicators of aluminosilicate insulating refractory slurry shall conform to the provisions in Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 Al 2 O 3 The determination of shall be carried out according to GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114.
5.2 The determination of room temperature flexural bond strength shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.4.
5.3 The determination of heating permanent linear change rate shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.7.
5.4 The determination of thermal conductivity shall be carried out according to YB/T 4130. Preparation of thermal conductivity test samples: Add water (or specified liquid) according to the provisions of GB/T 22459.1 or GB/T 22459.2, stir evenly to make the slurry consistency 100 (0.1mm) ~ 110 (0.1mm) (cone penetration method) or 10% ~ 20% (drop table method), and then molding.
5.5 The determination of bonding time shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.3.
5.6 The determination of particle size shall be carried out according to GB/T 22459.5.
6 Quality evaluation procedures
6.1 Batching
Products are batched according to the same grade of continuous normal production. When the raw materials or production process changes, a new batch shall be made. The quantity of products of the same grade in each batch shall not exceed 20t.
6.2 Sampling
Sampling shall be carried out according to GB/T 17617.
6.3 Judgment rules
6.3.1 Chemical composition, room temperature flexural bond strength (after drying at 110℃; after firing), heating permanent linear change rate, and bonding time are the acceptance inspection items. If the average values of the inspection results meet the specified values in Table 1, the batch of products is qualified.
Note: During the inspection of the room temperature flexural bond strength of the thermal insulation slurry, if the thermal insulation refractory brick used is broken, but the slurry bonding surface is not broken, and the data does not meet the standard regulations, the same material with higher strength can be used to re-determine.
6.3.2 If there are any unqualified items in the inspection results, double the samples should be re-sampled according to the provisions of 6.2 for re-inspection of the unqualified items. If the average value of the re-inspection results meets the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is judged to be qualified; otherwise, it is judged to be unqualified.
7 Packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packaging, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545, and the unit packaging weight shall be determined by agreement between the supplier and the demander.
7.2 Each batch of products issued shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall state the supplier's name, demander's name, production date, standard number, product name, brand, batch number, and physicochemical index test results, etc. The product instruction manual shall state the usage, precautions, and shelf life, etc.

1 Range
This standard specifies the classification and grade, technical requirements, test methods, quality assessment procedures, packaging, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of aluminum silicate thermal insulation refractory mud.
This standard is applicable to materials used for masonry and gap filling of aluminum silicate heat-insulating refractory bricks.

3 Classification and brand
Aluminum silicate thermal insulation mud is divided into two categories according to the working temperature, a total of five grades: high aluminum thermal insulation mud LGN-160, LGN-150, LGN-140; clay thermal insulation refractory mud NGN-120, NGN-100. Where L, N, GN are respectively (high) aluminum, clay (soil), isolated (heat) mud (pulp) Chinese Pinyin initial letter, followed by the number multiplied by 10 indicates the operating temperature of the grade of mud.
4 Technical Requirements
The physical and chemical indexes of aluminum silicate heat-insulating refractory mud should conform to the provisions of Table 1.

5 Test methods
5.1 Determination of Al2O3 in accordance with GB/T 6900 or GB/T 21114,
5.2 The bending and bonding strength at room temperature is determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.4.
5.3 The change rate of the heating permanent line is determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.7.
5.4 The thermal conductivity was measured in accordance with YB/T 4130. Preparation of thermal conductivity test sample: add water (or specified liquid) according to GB/T 22459.1 or GB/T22459.2, stir evenly, so that the mud consistency is 100(0.1mm)~110(0.1mm)(Coning degree method) or 10%~20%(jumping table method), and then shape.
5.5 The bonding time was determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.3.
5.6 Particle size was determined in accordance with GB/T 22459.5.
6 Quality assessment procedures
6.1 Batch Groups
The products shall be batched according to the same grade of continuous normal production. If the raw materials or production process changes, another batch shall be formed. Each batch of products of the same grade shall not be greater than 20t.
6.2 Sampling
Sampling was conducted according to GB/T17617.
6.3 Decision Rules
6.3.1 Chemical composition, bending and bonding strength at room temperature (after drying at 110℃; after burning), heating permanent line change rate and bonding time are acceptance inspection items. A batch of products is qualified when the average value of the test results meets the specified values in Table 1.
Note: During the testing of the folding and bonding strength of the thermal insulation mud at room temperature, if the thermal insulation firebrick used is broken, but the mud bonding surface is not broken, and the data does not meet the standard requirements, it can be replaced with a higher strength thermal insulation firebrick.
6.3.2 If any nonconforming items are found in the test results, double samples shall be taken according to the provisions of 6.2 for reinspection of the nonconforming items. If the average value of the reinspection results conforms to the provisions of Table 1, the batch of products is deemed qualified; otherwise, it is disqualified.
7 Packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate
7.1 Packing, marking, transportation and storage shall be carried out in accordance with GB/T 15545, and the weight of the unit packing shall be determined by agreement between the parties.
7.2 Each batch of products shall be accompanied by a quality certificate and a product instruction manual. The quality certificate shall state the supplier's name, the demander's name, the production date, the standard number, the product name, the brand number, the batch number, the test results of physical and chemical indexes, etc. The product instruction manual shall state the method of use, precautions and shelf life, etc.
