Vibrant May Day, United in Action – Our Company Successfully Held a Series of May Day Cultural Festival Activities

To celebrate International Labor Day on May 1st, enrich the spiritual and cultural life of employees, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, and create a positive, united, and progressive corporate atmosphere, our company recently successfully held a series of fun competitive activities as part of the May Day Cultural Festival. All employees participated enthusiastically and fought bravely, spending a fulfilling and meaningful holiday amidst laughter and joy, fully demonstrating the employees' high-spirited, united, and cooperative good spirit.

This year’s Labor Day Cultural Festival, themed 'Energetic Labor Day, Moving Forward Together,' carefully planned three activities that combine competitiveness and fun: a tug-of-war, a relay race, and a team-cooperation fun game. These activities balance teamwork and individual flair, allowing every employee to participate and enjoy themselves. The atmosphere at the event was lively, with applause, cheers, and encouragement occurring one after another, full of festive joy and team energy.

The tug-of-war kicked off first, with participating teams from each department lined up neatly and full of spirit. At the referee’s whistle, the team members gripped the rope tightly, planted their feet on the ground, leaned back, and worked together fiercely in the intense contest of strength. Cheerleaders on the sidelines waved flags and shouted loudly to cheer, and every slight movement of the rope captivated everyone present. Everyone united without distinction, using their strength to embody the profound meaning of 'unity is strength,' showcasing the employees’ resilient and never-give-up fighting spirit.

Immediately after, the relay race officially began. The participants were already poised and ready, passing not only the baton but also trust and tacit understanding. When the starting gun fired, the team members shot out of the starting point like arrows released from a bow, running swiftly and passing smoothly, every movement crisp and coordinated. On both sides of the track, the cheers and shouts never stopped, with everyone cheering for each running team member and applauding every perfect handoff. This event not only tested the participants' speed and endurance but also honed their teamwork and cohesion.

The most interesting of all is undoubtedly the Teamwork Fun Race, where participants compete in pairs, standing on the same wooden plank, holding hands and shoulder to shoulder, moving forward in sync. During the race, everyone cooperates and keeps pace; some move cautiously and steadily, while others sprint forward with great coordination. Occasional mistakes often draw bursts of laughter, but no one gets discouraged; everyone encourages each other, adjusts their rhythm, and strides toward the finish line with determination. This activity not only brings joy but also profoundly lets everyone experience the true essence of teamwork: 'unity of purpose and mutual support.'

After several rounds of intense competition, all the events concluded successfully. The company carefully prepared certificates of honor and generous prizes for the winning teams, presenting awards in order to the champions, runners-up, and third-place teams of the tug-of-war, relay race, and 'working together in the same boat' fun competition. The winning team members wore proud smiles on their faces, and the applause at the scene was thunderous, both as recognition and congratulations for the winning teams and as encouragement and praise for the fighting spirit of all participating employees. The teams that did not win were not discouraged and expressed that they gained joy, strengthened friendships, and built unity through the event, and they will carry this spirit of cooperation into their work in the future, jointly contributing to the company's development.
