一、再生料定义

 

1. Definition of Recycled Materials

 

耐火再生料:将用后废旧耐火砖、废旧浇注料、拆窑废衬、边角料、除尘灰,经分拣→除铁→破碎→筛分→均化,制成可重新使用的再生骨料、再生细粉、再生微粉,替代天然铝矾土、镁砂、刚玉等原生原料。

 

Refractory recycled materials refer to waste refractory bricks, used castables, dismantled furnace linings, leftover materials and dust ash. Through sorting, iron removal, crushing, screening and homogenization, they are processed into reusable recycled aggregates, recycled fine powder and recycled micro powder, which can replace raw materials such as natural bauxite, magnesia and corundum.

高铝质再生料 / High-alumina Recycled Materials

 

来源:高炉、热风炉、钢包、加热炉废旧高铝砖、浇注料

三、再生料常用掺量区间(行业通用)

 

3. Common Mixing Ratio Range of Recycled Materials (Industry General Standard)

 

普通耐火浇注料、捣打料、修补料:20%~40%

 

Ordinary refractory castables, ramming mixes and repair materials: 20%~40%

 

背衬保温层、填充料、耐火砂浆:40%~70%

 

Backing insulation layer, filling materials and refractory mortar: 40%~70%

 

中档定型耐火砖:15%~30%

 

Medium-grade shaped refractory bricks: 15%~30%

 

高温渣线、侵蚀严重关键部位:慎用 5%~10% 微调,不建议高掺

 

High-temperature slag lines and severely eroded key parts: Use cautiously with a fine adjustment of 5%~10%, high mixing ratio is not recommended.

耐火浇注料、自流料、喷补料、捣打料;钢厂钢包永久层、电炉炉底、加热炉衬体。

 

优势:替代高铝骨料、细粉,成本直降 15%~25%,常温强度、热震性能完全满足中低温工况。

 

Refractory castables, self-flowing materials, gunning mixes and ramming mixes; permanent layer of steel mill ladles, electric furnace bottoms and heating furnace linings.

 

Advantages: It can replace high-alumina aggregates and fine powder, directly reducing cost by 15%~25%. Its room temperature strength and thermal shock resistance fully meet the working conditions of medium and low temperature.

普通高铝砖、粘土砖、耐火标砖;窑炉隔墙、烟道、低温炉膛非工作层。

 

再生粉替代部分矾土细粉,减少烧结助剂用量。

Recycled powder replaces part of bauxite fine powder and reduces the dosage of sintering aids.
