高抗冲刷、抗热震,采用预制冲击块或冲击垫
High erosion and thermal shock resistance, using precast impact blocks or impact pads.
渣线区 / Slag Line Zone
强抗渣侵蚀、抗渗透,采用镁质、镁钙质耐材
Excellent slag corrosion and penetration resistance, using magnesia or magnesia-calcia refractories.
包底 / Tundish Bottom
整体致密,抗钢水静压力与渗透
Integrally dense, resistant to static pressure and penetration of molten steel.
水口座砖 / Nozzle Seat Brick
高强度、高耐磨性,适配快换水口机构
High strength and wear resistance, suitable for quick-change nozzle system.
挡渣墙、挡渣堰 / Slag Dam, Slag Weir
优化钢水流场,促进夹杂物上浮,阻挡熔渣进入结晶器
Optimize molten steel flow, promote inclusion flotation, prevent slag from entering mold.

- Service life for tundish for high-quality steel and stainless steel: 15–30h.
- 保证连续浇注炉次,减少停机更换
- Ensure continuous casting heats and reduce shutdown for replacement.
6. 施工与烘炉设计 / Construction & Baking Design
- 永久层:整体浇注或砌筑
- Permanent layer: integral casting or masonry.
- 工作层:干式料振动成型或整体浇注
- Working layer: dry vibratable material forming or integral casting.
- 烘炉曲线:低温排水、中温保温、高温烧结
- Baking curve: low-temperature dehydration, medium-temperature soaking, high-temperature sintering.
