2. 整体结构与分层设计 / Overall Structure & Layer Design

 
  • 钢壳 / Steel Shell
  • 隔热层 / Insulation Layer
  • 材料:纳米隔热板、硅酸钙板、陶瓷纤维板
  • Materials: nano insulation board, calcium silicate board, ceramic fiber board
  • 永久层 / Permanent Layer
  • 材料:高铝浇注料、莫来石浇注料
  • Materials: high-alumina castable, mullite castable
  • 工作层 / Working Layer
  • 材料:镁质干式料、镁钙质干式料、镁铝尖晶石浇注料
  • Materials: magnesia dry vibratable mix, magnesia-calcia dry mix, magnesia-alumina spinel castable
 

3. 关键部位耐材设计 / Refractory Design for Key Parts

 

冲击区 / Impact Zone

高抗冲刷、抗热震,采用预制冲击块或冲击垫

High erosion and thermal shock resistance, using precast impact blocks or impact pads.

 

渣线区 / Slag Line Zone

强抗渣侵蚀、抗渗透,采用镁质、镁钙质耐材

Excellent slag corrosion and penetration resistance, using magnesia or magnesia-calcia refractories.

 

包底 / Tundish Bottom

整体致密,抗钢水静压力与渗透

Integrally dense, resistant to static pressure and penetration of molten steel.

 

水口座砖 / Nozzle Seat Brick

高强度、高耐磨性,适配快换水口机构

High strength and wear resistance, suitable for quick-change nozzle system.

 

挡渣墙、挡渣堰 / Slag Dam, Slag Weir

优化钢水流场,促进夹杂物上浮,阻挡熔渣进入结晶器

Optimize molten steel flow, promote inclusion flotation, prevent slag from entering mold.

5. 寿命与连浇设计 / Service Life & Continuous Casting Design

 
  • 普通碳钢中间包寿命:10~48h
  • Service life for tundish for common carbon steel: 10–48h.
  • 优质钢、不锈钢中间包寿命:15~30h
  • Service life for tundish for high-quality steel and stainless steel: 15–30h.
  • 保证连续浇注炉次,减少停机更换
  • Ensure continuous casting heats and reduce shutdown for replacement.
 

6. 施工与烘炉设计 / Construction & Baking Design

 
  • 永久层:整体浇注或砌筑
  • Permanent layer: integral casting or masonry.
  • 工作层:干式料振动成型或整体浇注
  • Working layer: dry vibratable material forming or integral casting.
  • 烘炉曲线:低温排水、中温保温、高温烧结
  • Baking curve: low-temperature dehydration, medium-temperature soaking, high-temperature sintering.
 

7. 安全与环保设计 / Safety & Environmental Design

 
  • 防止穿包、漏钢、渗钢事故
  • Prevent steel penetration, breakout and leakage.
  • 优化隔热,降低热损失
  • Optimize insulation to reduce heat loss.
  • 采用无铬环保耐材
  • Use chrome-free eco-friendly refractories.
