Coil Grout is used for coating induction furnace coils. Coil Grout is used for coating induction furnace coils in a tapered fashion to allow the lining to move freely as it is heated and cooled, preventing the lining from sticking, causing metal fining, and eventual lining failure

    Coil Grout is recommended for use as a grouting compound to coat coils in induction furnaces. It requires to be mixed with water and then applied by trowelling. This provides a smooth surface to the slip plane medium in order to allow uninhibited expansion and contraction of the working lining.

    Coil Grout  also offers a degree of protection to the coil in the event of molten metal contact.
