Our company conducts fire safety education and practical activities

To enable all employees of Henan Sino Industrial Refractory New Materials CO., LTD to understand basic fire safety knowledge, enhance safety awareness, improve self-protection capabilities, master the response and escape skills for sudden fires, learn fire extinguishing, and conduct orderly personnel evacuation, ensuring employee life and property safety, the fire safety team drafted a fire safety drill plan. After obtaining leadership approval, a fire drill was organized on July 25, 2018, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. More than 50 people participated in this drill. The drill proceeded in an orderly manner according to the implementation plan and successfully completed its tasks.

I. Leadership Importance and Effective Drill Organization

This fire drill was meticulously arranged, from planning and preparation to implementation and execution. The Quality Management Department finalized and approved the drill plan. The Product Manufacturing Center Supervisor served as the overall commander, deploying the drill, giving on-site instructions, and observing the entire process.

II. Meticulous Planning and a Safe and Feasible Drill Plan

Based on the requirements of the fire safety leadership team, the main task of this fire drill was to conduct an emergency drill for a fire accident. The main purpose was to enable each participant to master basic fire escape methods, improve self-safety awareness, and mitigate risks. After careful discussion, a "Fire Drill Plan" was formulated. To ensure the plan's safety and feasibility, the plan detailed the time, location, content, and participants.

III. Active Participation and Excellent Drill Results

The fire drill took place on July 25, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Employees actively participated, the drill was orderly and safe, safety measures were in place, and the drill achieved its expected results, ultimately achieving a complete success.

IV. The Drill Achieved its Intended Purpose

Through the fire drill, students' safety awareness and emergency self-rescue capabilities were strengthened.
1. Participants' fire safety awareness increased, and their understanding of fire safety knowledge deepened.
2. The ability to respond to emergencies improved. On-site personnel could effectively and quickly respond to fire alarms, which is beneficial for handling future emergencies.
3. During the drill, participants followed discipline and worked together effectively, enhancing team cohesion.
This fire drill further enhanced students' safety awareness and self-rescue capabilities, teaching them how to identify dangers and implement necessary emergency measures. This will allow for quick, orderly, appropriate, and effective responses in accidents. We will regularly conduct training and drills to improve our emergency rescue skills and overall emergency response capabilities, effectively reducing accident hazards, and ensuring employee safety.
