1. Working Conditions of Annealing Furnace
- 工作温度:650~1200℃(连续退火 / 罩式退火 / 台车式退火)
- Operating Temperature: 650~1200℃ (Continuous / Bell-type / Bogie-hearth annealing)
- 气氛:中性 / 还原性(N₂、H₂、氮氢混合气),无强烈酸碱侵蚀
- Atmosphere: Neutral / Reductive (N₂, H₂, N₂-H₂), no strong acid/alkali corrosion
- 主要负荷:热震、高温蠕变、结构承重、炉气冲刷
- Main Loads: Thermal shock, high temperature creep, structural load, flue gas scouring
- 要求:尺寸稳定、低导热、不掉渣、不污染工件
- Requirements: Dimensional stability, low thermal conductivity, no spalling, no workpiece contamination
