CCM+HOT CHARGE -> A(wire rod)+B(rebar)+C(flatbar)

This transformation commences with the increase of the continuous caster’s drawing speed, and integrates Rolling Lines A, B and C as a whole.

Rolling Line A, the wire rod rolling line, will adopt hot delivery and direct rolling technology to boost production capacity by 15%.

Rolling Lines B and C will share a common roughing mill and phase out the original heating furnaces, enabling the simultaneous production of rebar steel and flatbar steel, with an increase of 20% in production capacity.

After the transformation:

The roughing temperature of the three lines will reach 900℃.

Equipment operating rate will be improved and production capacity will be further elevated.

The overall production cost will be significantly reduced, down by 20 US dollars per ton of finished steel product.
