The project renovation focuses on shortening the construction period.

While the original heating furnace remains in normal production,a new type of heating furnace will be built.

The hot charging distance exceeds 110 meters.The complete equipment cold commissioning and hot commissioningwill be finished within 12 days of production shutdown.

The new heating furnace is equipped withnew regenerative burners and equipped withzone partitions inside the furnace.

This ensures low gas consumption of the heating furnaceeven when the rolling line produces different productswith different production capacities.

Compared with the original furnace,

gas consumption is reduced by 1 GJ per ton of steel,

burning loss of billet is reduced by 1%.
