(1)高温耐侵蚀性
精炼钢包在温度和时间方面都要求非常严格最高温度往往达到1750℃以上。在精炼操作过程中,熔渣碱度对耐火材料的寿命影响很大。钢包精炼熔渣的碱度约在0.6~0.4的范围内变化,所以耐火材料受到在高温下渗透性很强的酸性渣和碱性渣的侵蚀,损毁速度快。
(2)高温耐磨性
各种钢包精炼方法都采用了强制搅拌,这对座砖的高温磨损非常严重。
(3)耐剥落性。
由于是间歇操作,温度变化很大,极易产生热剥落和结构剥落,使用条件非常苛刻。

The alkalinity of the ladle refining slag varies in the range of about 0.6~0.4, so the refractory material is corroded by the acidic slag and alkaline slag with strong permeability at high temperature, and the damage rate is fast.
(2) High-temperature wear resistance
All ladle refining methods use forced stirring, which is very serious for the high-temperature wear of the base bricks.
(3) Spalling resistance
Because it is an intermittent operation, the temperature changes greatly, which is very easy to cause thermal spalling and structural spalling, and the use conditions are very harsh.
