钢水接触到的工作面和永久层存在一定的温度差,致使透气砖的狭缝结构在该温度梯度下形成热应力而使砖体狭缝的结构宽度有所增加,冶炼过程中的钢水会流入狭缝结构中进而致使气体流通量减小,到后期导致透气砖狭缝完全堵塞。当透气砖的狭缝数量和长度一定时,通过对透气砖的位置进行合理的设计,能够使冶炼过程中的钢水得到快速的搅拌,进而提高钢水成分、温度的均匀性。

The temperature gradient between the working surface and the permanent layer, where the molten steel contacts, creates thermal stress in the air brick's slit structure, increasing the width of the slits. Molten steel during the smelting process can flow into the slits, reducing gas flow and ultimately leading to complete blockage. When the number and length of slits in the air brick are constant, optimally designed placement of the air bricks ensures rapid stirring of the molten steel during smelting, thereby improving the uniformity of its composition and temperature.
