喷涂料的使用要根据连铸浇注的断面和钢种要求,先安装座砖和冲击砖,然后才能进行中间包的涂抹操作。采用如下工艺进行中间包涂抹:
(1)全部采用人工涂抹工艺,操作简单方便,涂料附着率100%,涂抹厚度易于
掌握。(2)搅拌涂料时,先加料干拌 2min,然后加入水量 1/2,再陆续加入剩下的 1/2水量。
(3)涂抹时中间包永久层表面温度为 70~100℃之间。
(4)涂抹厚度包底 40m,包壁 30m,根据经验,钢包注流冲击区要相应的加厚涂抹层(50~60mm)。
(5)涂料完毕,自然养生3h左右,至表面硬化后才能交付使用。(6)中间包涂料层在浇钢2h时前进行预热烘烤。烘烤要求,先小火烘烤30min,然后可大火快速烘烤到1200℃左右。
(7)涂料的理化指标:
化学成分:w(Mg0)-80%~85%、w(Ca0)-0.5%~2%、w(Si0,)-5.0%~10.0%
物理指标:
110℃x24h后,体积密度:≤1.85g/cm
耐压强度:>5.0MPa
1500℃x3h后,体积密度:≤1.75g/cm
耐压强度:≥8.0MPa线变化率:-3.5%~+1.0%

(2) When stirring the repair gunning mass, add the material and dry mix for 2min, then add 1/2 of the water volume, and then add the remaining 1/2 of the water volume gradually.
() The surface temperature of the permanent layer of the intermediate ladle is between 70~100℃ when doing the repair gunning mass.
(4) The repair gunning mass thickness is 4m at the bottom of the ladle and 30m at the wall of the ladle, and the repair gunning mass layer should be thickened accordingly at the impact area of the ladle flow according to the experience (50~60mm).
(5) After the repair gunning mass is completed, it should be naturally cured for about 3h the surface is hardened before it can be put into use.
(6) The ladle repair gunning mass is preheated and baked before pouring steel for 2h The baking requirements are to bake at a low fire for 30min first, and then it can be quickly baked at a high fire to about 1200℃
(7) Physicochemical indicators of the coating:
Chemical composition: w(MgO)-80%~85%; w(CaO)-0.%~2%; w(SiO2)-5.0%~10.0%
Physical indicators:
After 110℃ x 2h, volume density: ≤1.85g/cm
Bursting strength: >5.0MPa
After 1500℃ x h, volume density: ≤1.75g/cm
Bursting strength: ≥8.0MPa
Shrinkage rate: -3.5~ 1.0%
